How are your bundles priced?
Our bundles are all priced individially. A single bundle is pictured below. There are no bundle deals. In order to purchase more than one bundle of hair you must increase the quantity for a length or add another length.
How many bundles will I need for a full look?
The longer the hair the more bundles you will need for a complete look. Here's a good rule of thumb.;
- 12" - 16" = 2 bundles
- 18" - 24" = 3 bundles
- 26" - 32" = 4 bundles
- 34" - 36" = 5 bundles
Custom Units are constructed accordingly with the same bundles we offer.
What is your shipping policy?
Bundles, lace pieces, clip ins, tape ins etc all require 5 - 10 business days for processing as each item is thoroughly inspected for quality, especially if you add on Jet black dye processing. All wigs are made to order. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for unit construction and inspection before shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday after processing. We ship via USPS with the option of priority (2 day shipping) and Expedited (overnight)
We reccomend that you order hair at least 1 month before an important event to allow for processing, shipping and install.
How should we care for our raw extensions?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed which causes the hair to last longer but this does mean the hair willl require a little more love and maintenance.
- Try to shampoo and condition raw hair weekly
- Try to deep condition raw hair bi-weekly
- Never sleep on wet hair to avoid matting
- Use heat protectant when applying heat
- Detangle before washing and sleeping
How do we choose a size for a custom Lethal Units?
Measure the circumference of your head (as pictured below). The measuring tape should sit where your wig would be placed, directly in front of your hairline and and behind your ear. Should your measurement fall on a .5, size up to the nearest whole size. NEVER size down because its better for a wig to be slightly too big instead of too small. The average woman head is 22.5" which would be a recommended MED in Lethal Units. Smaller/petite people tend to have smaller heads and larger people tend to have larger heads. It is important to measure your head. Guessing a size is not recommended as size plays a big part in how flat and natural a wig looks. Lethal Units are custom made for you and wrong sizing can result in an ill fitting wig.
What is your return policy?
Bundles and lace peices are eliigible for a partial refund. Cancelling within the first 24 hours = 90% refund (10% to cover merchant processing fees)
