Refund policy


Non-Refundable Products:
All digital products (including eBooks, courses, webinars, and vendor lists) are non-refundable. Custom-made items, such as custom units, clip-ins, ponytails, tape-ins, and any items with Jet Black color processing, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges once work has begun.

Refund Eligibility for Bundles and Lace Pieces:

  • Cancellations within the first 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a 90% refund (10% covers merchant processing fees).
  • Cancellations within 25-72 hours of purchase will receive a 50% refund.
  • 3 days after purchase no refund applicable.

Custom Orders:
Custom Lethal Units are non-refundable once production has started. As these items are handmade to your exact specifications, resources and time are dedicated to each order, making them difficult to resell. Partial refunds may be considered in specific circumstances.

Return Policy for Non-Custom Items:
For eligible non-custom items, you have 3 days from receipt to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, unwashed, lace uncut, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sharitasmith@lethalunits.com. Upon return approval, you will receive a return shipping label with instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a refund in the form of a Lethal Units virtual gift card.

Shipping Issues:
If an order is lost in transit, no refund will be issued until the package is located and returned by USPS. Packages are usually redirected to the recipient’s address once found.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Notify us within 3 days so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges:
To ensure a quick exchange, return the item you have, and once your return is approved, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
